Yes. Many successful advisors work part time around other jobs. Teachers and nurses often do especially well. What matters most is consistent weekly time, even 5 to 10 hours.

Requirements vary by state. Some states, including Florida, California, Washington and Hawaii, have seller-of-travel rules. Module 2 walks you through registration, insurance and business setup, and shows you how to check your own state's rules.
